I offer Personal Training at your home or outside, delivering you a programme tailored specifically to your goals. I have all the equipment that you will need for a fast, fun and effective session.
To give you the best chance of long-term success, I will always spend the first session chatting about everything you want to get out of your training. This will include exploring all the factors that will affect your progress – including nutrition, lifestyle and activity levels. It will also give you the opportunity to ask me questions and allow you to think more clearly about what you want to achieve.
I will then do an extensive health and fitness tests so I can get an accurate picture of where you’re starting from and where you want to get to. I will use this information to write you a fitness report and to plan your training programme.
What do sessions look like?
There are two main ways to train:
Individual Sessions: One-to-One sessions focusing just on you.
Joint Sessions: Training with a partner or a small group for extra fun and motivation.
