A gymnast from a young age, I have developed a solid foundation of knowledge when it comes to mastering your own body and I still practise to this today. I’ve been personal training in England for over over 10 years and I’m now finally able to bring my methods to even more people online via my interactive fitness app. My training methods are progressive, dynamic and most importantly fun.

WHAT IS CALISTHENICS?

Calisthenics based workouts enable you to workout out anywhere – anytime, with little to no equipment. No more limitations or restrictions in terms of needing a facility or loads of needless machines. I will teach you how to use your body and exercise properly for life.

Calisthenics is as old as the Greek Empire and has been practiced by cultures all over the world for centuries. It is the purest way of getting in shape, and all you need is your own body and strength of mind – nothing works better!
Being a gymnast from a young age, this has enabled me to build a solid foundation of knowledge when it comes to mastering your own body. I have been personal training in England, UK since 2011 with 10 years of experience under my belt and now I am able to bring my skills to you online remotely anywhere in the world.
My training methods are progressive, dynamic and most importantly fun.

WHAT IS CALISTHENICS?

 

Calisthenics comes from two Greek words: kalos, beautiful, and sthenos, strength. The name pretty much sums up what this modality is all about. Calisthenics, which is also often dubbed a ‘street workout’ owing to the fact that it commonly takes place outside, is a creative form of training that takes place with minimal equipment. Instead, through body tension and your bodyweight, complex training sessions can be carried out. Building up strength and having fun when training are always main priorities.

 

WHY CALISTHENICS?

 

Thanks to the great choice of exercises Calisthenics Training is suitable for virtually every individual: in this way beginners can practise Calisthenics without a problem, there are however units that are clearly more demanding, where the greatest possible body control and body tension is necessary. As a general rule, you can do the exercises at any time, in any place. It doesn’t matter if you are at home, travelling, in the garden or in the park, you can train whenever and wherever suits you.
What is more, Calisthenics is the ideal way to achieve your various training goals, like muscle gains, improved fitness or better body image and control. At the same time there are also lots of gentle exercises, which are brilliant ways to rehabilitate your body, for example to combat back pain. Calisthenics also offers impressive possibilities for preventative training to prevent injuries or other health complaints.
